ABOUT

St. Margaret?s is a rights-based service, working in partnership
with adults with disabilities.

We work with and support individuals to have a home of their own and
live a meaningful life at home and in their community across the
greater Dublin Area. We are also working with and supporting people to
move from residential group homes to their own home.

Our work is driven by the fundamental belief of equal citizenship and
our core values of partnership, rights, inclusion and accountability.

We are currently seeking to expand our teams/circles of support with
people who have a broad range of talents, skills and experience who
would like to work with and support individuals at home and in their
community.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

* Have experience supporting individuals or groups through
volunteering and/or engaging in community activities
* Have experience working with vulnerable or marginalised adults in
a range of settings
* Have an understanding of or have worked through a rights-based
approach
* Have obtained or working towards a QQI Level 5 in Healthcare or
relevant equivalent with two modules completed.
* Have an understanding of Social Role Valorisation
* Will hold a full driving licence
